- How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing custom orders as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays, and large events, as our calendar can fill quickly.
- Do you create custom desserts? Absolutely! We specialize in custom cakes, desserts, and Southern-inspired baked goods designed around your event, theme, and personal style.
- What information should I have ready? It's helpful to provide your event date, number of servings, flavor preferences, theme or colors, budget range, venue (if applicable), and any inspiration photos you have.
- Do you accommodate dietary needs? We will gladly discuss ingredient information and available options. While we strive to accommodate certain requests, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts.
- How do I reserve my date? Once we've discussed your order and provided a quote, a deposit may be required.
